Gaucho Grill

I went to a new restaurant in Logan a few weeks ago. It is called Gaucho grill. The food is nothing like I have ever tasted before! This authentic Brazilian grill left my taste buds craving for more. I wrote a review of the restaurant and wanted to share with you what I thought. Hopefully after reading this you  might find yourself a new favorite restaurant.

Gaucho grill is a Brazilian grill similar to Rodizio grill. It is not the normal sit down and order type of place. There is no need for a menu. You have your choice of eating just the salad bar or you can choose to add a variety of delectable meats. I highly recommend getting both. The price ranges from $15 at lunch and $25 dollars at dinner. I recommend going at lunch time. It’s slower during the day and it is also cheaper!

Your server brings all kinds of meats to your table. You flip the wooden tower to green to let your server start bringing you all kinds of meats. Your server then personally cuts the meat off of the skewer right at your table. When you are full you turn it to red and you server stops bringing food to your table. You can eat as much as you wish. I recommend wearing loose fitting clothes so you don’t have to adjust a notch in your belt.

All of the meat is cooked on a rotisserie skewer. Some of the varieties of meat include: BBQ chicken, ham, coracao (chicken heart -not so good), bacon-wrapped turkey, sirloin, beef, fillets (YUM!), pork and grilled pineapple (my all time favorite- have to try it!). All of these items are extremely delicious. The sweet mouth watering flavor of many different delectable meats has you filling yourself until your about ready to pop. You might have to have your server push you out to your car in a high chair, because you’re too full to walk.

Even if you are not an exclusive meat-eater, Gaucho Grill has something for you. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the salad bar. It had so many things that I had never tried before. You will be able to find fried bananas (tasty), pasta, stroganoff (wouldn't reccomend), vegetables, potatoes, tilapia (my favorite) and much more. With this large salad bar you are sure to find many things that will keep you coming back.

The Gaucho Grill has much more to offer than just its food. The staff if very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Your experience at Gaucho Grill is one that you will remember for a lifetime. With the great quality of food and service you will find yourself a new favorite restaurant. Gaucho Grill is located at 633 S. Main Street, Logan, Utah. Make sure to check it out!

Start Blogging

I am new to blogging. I am going to try this out to help family and friends stay caught up with what is going on in mine and Rachelle's lives. We have been very busy lately. I have been working at Zollinger's Cold Storage for three years now. I enjoy working for Pepperidge Farm. I work in the shipping department. I load and unload trailers. This job has really worked well with my school schedule. I also have been working at Sizzler with Rachelle on the weekends. It has been fun to be able to work with my wife. It would be nice to have weekends off, but it's also good to be saving money for a future house.

Along with Sizzler, Rachelle has been working at Head Start as a preschool teacher. She was hired as a substitute teacher and within the last month has been moved to a teacher. She has really enjoyed working with the children in her class. Not a day goes by that she doesn't have a silly thing to say about what went on in her class for the day.
